CBPP endorses and monitors forestry treatments to the highest standard. In addition to following Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for Nova Scotia, operating standards manuals were developed by the founding partners and reviewed by an advisory committee consisting of Cape Breton woodlot owners, contractors and service providers. These standards are maintained through pre-work review between landowners and contractors and site inspections of active treatments. Click on the photos to view the standards.
