Cape Breton Privateland Partnership

Extension staff perform treatment monitoring on member woodlots to ensure CBPP standards are being met.  The monitoring program is designed to have field staff available to inspect 70% of harvest treatments and 50% of silviculture treatments with priority placed on new member contractors and for treatments on woodlots containing designated high conservation values.  The secret to successful results is ensuring both landowners and contractors are clear on expectations prior to start-up.  Click on the images below to view the forms.
